Who we are
The Marie Poussepin Foundation
It is a non-profit entity of private character with legal recognition of diocesan law, belongs to the Congregation of Dominican Sisters of Charity of the Presentation, Province of Bogota. In accordance with Marie Poussepin’s charisma, we promote solidarity and sustainable socio-economic development of people in vulnerability through the search for partners for the creation, monitoring and evaluation of social projects and/or social entrepreneurship, which contribute to the dignity of individuals, families and communities.

Our projections
Promote solidarity and sustainable socio-economic development of people in vulnerable situations, according to the charism of Marie Poussepin, through social promotion and in general all meritorious activities, as well as the search for allies for the creation, monitoring and evaluation of social projects and/or social entrepreneurship, which contribute to the achievement and enjoyment of a dignified life of families and communities, in the different places where the Province of Bogota is present.
An Organized Charity that promotes the person at all levels from the Gospel, especially the most vulnerable, is the way the Foundation continues the legacy of its source of inspiration Marie Poussepin.
Through the programs offered by the Marie Poussepin Center Foundation based on the formulation, approval and monitoring of social projects and entrepreneurship, we make visible the charism of Marie Poussepin and give testimony that it is possible to impact positively from the Gospel in the lives of people who need it most.
